Meet at bottom of stairs that lead up to stage

( lower parking lot,not the top)

Come join us for kick butt workout and beautiful scenery!

There are many classes to choose from up at Red Rocks..

This fitness class is an hour long , cardio driven- full body workout..

You will be moving entire time keeping heart rate in fat burning zone..doing plyometric work and sport-type drills

And exercises bands will be nessesary STARTING AUG 1st 2010
