We do not use the yelling and screaming style, embarrassing whistles blown at you, or punish you for not completing an exercise. We do however, encourage you to do your personal best and help you achieve the next fitness level in a positive, fun, and friendly environment that yields results!

 

FITNESS BOOT-CAMPS FAQ's

 

 

Many times in our workout routines we hit a plateau, a point at which we can no longer push ourselves beyond a certain level. And how can you be really sure you are getting the most out of your workout, positioning your body correctly and doing the right motions? If you don't know exactly what you're doing, you may be causing more damage to your body than anything. We can assist you in what bodily movements are best for you and will push  you just far enough to get past your plateau and into results!

 

What does an hour of boot camp entail?

Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, plyometrics, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, functional training, short distance running (less than 1 mile), interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down.

 

How long is each camp?

All camps run between 60-75 minutes. Guaranteed to get you a complete full body and cardio workout, efficient and economical

 

When will I see changes in my body?

You will start to feel results in the first week. It is typical to see results within 2-3 weeks. But remember, each person is different so results will vary.

 

What should I bring?

Exercise Band, Water, and if you like ,Yoga or Exercise Mat.

Do I have to be in shape to participate in the Every Body Fitness Boot Camp Program?

Absolutely not! First, our medical history form will let us know any precautions related to your health and fitness levels. You will start training at your appropriate level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone.

Is there a Every Body Fitness Boot Camp closer to me?

If you and your friends would like us to start a boot camp more central to your home, just send us an email. We would be happy to accommodate you.

 

How do I sign up? Simply click the link to the Registration Page and fill out the form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions, we accept credit cards and check or cash payments thru Paypal sercured process. It's quick and easy to use, and we can just send an invoice to make it even easier!

 

When does the next camp start?

What is your Refund Policy?

There are no refunds, but if for some reason you miss a class, you have the entire boot camp cycle to make up your class.

With prior notice some classes can be pro-rated. Please contact for more info.

 

What if it rains?

This is a Boot Camp, we work out rain or shine. Only if it is too harsh of weather and under 36 degrees-We are on!
