Ingredients:
1 Serving Multiply as necessary
.5 cup of dry oats (quick)
1 tsp. baking powder
.5 tsp. of cinnamon or all spice
5 egg whites
1 tsp. extract flavor
Instructions:
• Mix dry ingredients together
• Add 5 egg whites and 1 tsp. of vanilla or almond extract (any flavor you like)
• Beat well
• Cook like pancake in 8-9 inch fry pan sprayed with pam or like spray.
• Can add blueberries, nuts or seeds while cooking.
